Carina Hrdina 

Meet Carina Hrdina, Andson’s co-Operations Officer! She joined the Andson team in 2018, following her position at Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada. Here’s what she had to tell us about herself!

Columbia, Missouri

What is/was your major?

BS Elementary Education

Where have you worked previously before starting at Andson?

I worked at Missouri State Teachers Association for 12 years before moving to Las Vegas. I then worked with Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada for a year.

Walk us through a typical day at the office for you:

I work as a co-partner with Anthony, COO and Sonia, CEO. My days are filled with supporting the staff to ensure that we continue to grow and expand the outreach of Andson!

What do you wish to accomplish working here?

I hope to continue growing into my position and be an integral part of the Andson team!

Tell us a little about your family:

I am one of three girls in my family, with my parents and younger sister now living in Florida. I have two nieces that still live in Missouri. We are all originally from Tucson, AZ.

Your most genuine piece of advice:

Work to fulfill your heart and mind, not just your pocketbook.

What do you like to do in your down time?

I enjoy reading, watching educational tv and spending time with my friends.

Any fun facts?

I was the first in my family to ever graduate from college with a Bachelor's Degree, and my younger sister soon followed. We both have degrees in education and now both work for organizations that provide assistance to families to help them grow from low-income restrictions.
